With reference to the contract with the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs for the National Childcare Scheme, an error has been identified in the text in Appendix 2, Section 3 (a) Categories of Personal Data under the heading of ‘Personal Data of Service Provider’.
The line:
‘Tax Registration Number, if this is not the same as PPSN’
should read
‘Tax Registration Number, if this is the same as the PPSN’.
Please note that the word ‘not’ is deleted. This issue is reflected correctly in the explanatory guide to the contract.
