The Department of Children, Disability and Equality (DCDE) is currently working with Crowe Advisory Limited to support the development of a national Continuing Professional Development (CPD) mapping exercise.
This work aims to identify CPD opportunities currently available across the Early Learning and Care (ELC), School‑Age Childcare (SAC) and Childminding sectors.
As part of this exercise, Crowe Advisory Limited will engage with key stakeholders to build a clear and comprehensive overview of existing CPD provision, levels of engagement and access, as well as future CPD needs across the sector.
The deadlines for the Provider and Educator surveys are now extended until 8th June. Irish language version of the surveys will be available in the coming days.
