Sligo County Childcare Committee:

• run part-time FETAC level 5 and 6 courses available in the evening and the weekends. These courses are run in partnership with the VEC. Anyone interested in accessing FETAC courses in childcare should contact Sligo County Childcare Committee on 071 9148860 or Sligo VEC on 071 9138310 to register their interest.
• offer individual management committees training on committee member roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures and other relevant in-service training.
• review training needs on an annual basis and respond to identified need on an ongoing basis
• run Seminars, Conferences and Information sessions.
• work in conjunction with OMC on a national training audit carried out in 2007/2008
